Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any personal preference after the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at aymanrafiqui08@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • The item must remain in its original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or worn items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact us for assistance if there is an issue with your order.

Refund Process for Approved Cases

If your refund request is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
